1. What does your database comprise of?
A: We do not limit information accumulation to the organization’s website or intranet alone. We attempt to collect data from varied sources so that when put together, the data forms meaningful business information. Our sources include:

2. What is the credibility of the information provided?
A: Our research team works to not just collate data but test the validity and accuracy of the data collated to ensure the highest accuracy rate. Our team of experts combs through the information collated to verify the information collated and match it with the client’s business requirement. We continue to test the authenticity of information maintained in our databases to ensure its accuracy.
3. Is registration mandatory to use the website?
A: It depends on your requirement. Registration is not mandatory to run counts (What is this?) However, you will be required to register with us to get a quote and make purchases.
4. What are the data fields that can be appended?
A: We provide both business and customer data appending services.
Business data appending services extend gathering data pertaining to:

5. What is the turnaround time to obtain the required information?
A: The lead time would depend upon the volume of data collated and processed. The lead time will vary from a few minutes to a few hours depending upon the complexity of information that is required. We assign marketing team exclusively to your project if the information request and complexity is higher than usual requirements.
Having said that, we ensure that the delivery lead time doesn’t go beyond 6 days from payment date in all situations.
6. What would be the format in which the list would be delivered?
A: We offer all the information download electronically. All the information will be secured and set to the email address you have registered with us.
7. How is my requirement costing estimated?
A: We look at the different segments of your business requirement and estimate the costing based on the services required. However, your final billing will be provided for both setup and delivery of messages.
8. What if I am not happy with the information provided?
A: Our motto has always been to cater to the business requirement and exceed the customer expectations. We ensure that our team verifies the information for accuracy and validity before it is incorporated into your email list or database.
However, in the rare cases where your requirements might change, we attempt to identify the changes and incorporate these into the requirement document that will be submitted before the contract is decided upon.

9. How do I remove my business from your database?
A: Though we would be sorry to see you go, you can get in touch with us using the email ID provided on our website if you choose to remove your business details from our database
